Turkey Picture Contest

All of the votes are in for our Turkey Picture Contest! It came right down to the wire between each of our 4 contestants, seperated by only about 30 votes between all of them! After over 200 votes, the young Jack Snyder (pic #2) took the lead to win the $50 Gift Certificate to GVSG! By the way he sounded on the phone we was VERY excited, Congrats Jack!

Biggest Bird Contest

Next is the Biggest Bird winner. Congratulations to Tom Perrin! This beauty was 22#, had 1 1/4″ spurs, and each of the THREE BEARDS measured 11 1/8″, 7 1/4″, and 2 1/2″. His son, Luke, won the Biggest Bird Contest last year, so we have started an investigation to see if, maybe, they are hunting inside John Ball Zoo. I’ll be sure to keep you posted…

Double Bull Blind Raffle

Finally is the Raffle Contest! We had a Double Bull T2 Blind up for grabs and Kurtis DeYoung came down with it! He was signed up, brought his picture in, and brought his bird into the store, so he had 3 tickets in the pot which helped his odds. Remember Kurtis, this is YOUR blind…not your Dad’s! Congrats and enjoy.
