By Entering This Archery Range, You Agree to the Following:

SAFETY RULES

• Follow all posted range rules and staff instructions at all times.

• Never point a bow or crossbow at another person.

• Only shoot from designated shooting lines and toward approved targets.

• Only shoot your own arrows from your own bow or crossbow.

• Never nock an arrow in your bow or crossbow until the range is clear.

• Be aware of your surroundings before drawing and releasing an arrow.

• Do not retrieve arrows until all shooting has stopped and the range is declared safe.

• Children and inexperienced archers must be supervised by a responsible adult.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

• Archery is an inherently dangerous activity that may result in serious injury or death.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in archery activities and use of this facility.

LIABILITY WAIVER

• The archery range, property owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost property, or damages resulting from use of the facility.

• You accept full responsibility for your own actions and equipment while on the premises.

CONDUCT

• No horseplay, reckless behavior, alcohol, or illegal substances permitted on the range.

• Anyone acting in an unsafe manner may be removed immediately without refund or warning.

EQUIPMENT

• Use only safe and properly maintained equipment.

• Damaged equipment must not be used on the range.
