BOW RENTAL LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

NOTICE TO ALL RENTAL CUSTOMERS

By Renting or Using Archery Equipment From This Facility, You Acknowledge and Agree to the Following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

• Archery is an inherently dangerous activity that may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death.

• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of rented bows, arrows, and related equipment.

​

EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY

• I agree to inspect all rental equipment before use and immediately report any damage or safety concerns to staff.

• I understand that misuse of equipment may cause injury to myself or others.

• I accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental equipment while it is in my possession.

SAFETY AGREEMENT

• I will follow all range rules, posted signage, and staff instructions at all times.

• I will only use rental equipment in designated shooting areas.

• I understand that unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the range without refund.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

• I release and hold harmless the archery range, property owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liability, damages, injuries, or losses arising from my use of the facility or rental equipment.

• I understand that I participate entirely at my own risk.

MINORS

• Any minor using rental equipment must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.

• The supervising adult accepts responsibility for the minor’s actions and safety.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or revoke rental privileges at any time for unsafe conduct.
